Thurrock Bus

We have been given a great opportunity from Grays Police who have funded the buying and equipping of a bus. Having heard how the bus helps to reduce crime among young people in the other areas that our buses go to, Grays Police invited us to set up a bus project just for the Thurrock area.

We have worked and liaised closely with the Police on this project and currently have a team in West Thurrock on a Wednesday evening, Stanford and Corringham on a Thursday evening and Chafford Hundred on a Friday evening. We are aiming to expand this to enable this bus to go out every evening in and around the Thurrock locality. Others areas that we are looking at include:

South Grays

Aveley / S Ockendon

To fulfil this vision we have appointed a local Area Co-ordinator called Tim Harrold, who will work on behalf of Bar N Bus to help us in this exciting opportunity.
